Ruth Vivian Manning,74, of Cantril died Nov.23,1998 at the Davis County Hospital, Bloomfield. She was born Oct. 24,1924 at Keosauqua to Charles W. and Jennie Zachau Cole. She married Donald Manning. They farmed in the Cantril area and retired to Cantril in 1991. Surviving are her husband and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by three brothers, Raymond, Roy and Lester Cole and a sister, Verla Wolfe. Funeral services will be Nov. 27,1998 at the Pedrick Funeral home, Keosauqua. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery, Cantril.
