Raymond Counts,73, Farmington, died July 18,2001 at his home. He was born Sept. 7,1927, at Rector, Mo, the son of Bert and Sylvia Terril Counts. He married Martha Smith, Jan. 29,1951, at Salem, Ar. She preceded him in death, March 25,1996. He was a tmber buyer and logger. He is survived by two daughters, Brenda Neeley of Hillsboro and Lois Mellinger of Bonaparte; seven grandchilden; seven great grandchildren; two brothers, Therman Counts of Salem, Mo and Virgil Counts of Melcher; one sister, Mae Craven of San Marino, Ca. Besides his wife he was preceded in death by his parents, one son, one brother, and three sisters. Funeral services were held July 21, at Hofbauer Funeral Home, Farmington. Burial was in Greenglade Cemetery, Farmington.
