Funeral services for Rocky Townsend were held Tuesday at the Presbyterian church in Milton. He died Sunday morning at his home, having suffered a stroke seven weeks ago. He had lived in the Milton and Troy vicinity all his life. He is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Leota Campbell, Milton; two granddaughters; two brothers, Orie of Bloomfield and Olen of Troy; one sister, Mrs. Eva Oaks of Milton. His wife preceded him in death in 1936.
