Mrs. Ernest Huff,78, Keosauqua ,died March 11 at the Van Buren County Hospital, where she had been a patient since Feb. 1. Services were held March 14, at the Bentonsport Methodist Church and burial was in Bentonsport Cemetery. Mrs. Huff, the former Ina Cass, was born Aug. 30,1887 at Pierceville, to John and Belle Brooks Cass. She was married to Ernest C. Hufff, Nov. 11,1908. He died in 1961. Mrs. Huff is survived by 10 children: Mrs. Lenore McIntosh, Keosauqua; Mrs. Marjorie Hamlet, Mt. Sterling;Mrs. Edith Meredith, Bonaparte; Mrs. Ruth Peel, Davenport; Allen Huff of Milton; Brooks Huff of Homedale,Id; Donald Huff of Herman, Mo; Carl Huff of Westminister, Ca; Marshall Huff of Long Beach,Wa; and Robert Huff of Brownwood, Tx. Also surviving are 40 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
