On Friday, November 24,1904, occured the death of Mrs. Curtis Miller, at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ed Jones near Mt. Sterling. She was a victim of consumption and in order that she might receive the best of care she and her husband lived for sometime with her parents. Before moving to the Mt. Sterling area they lived near Pittsburg, where her husband was raised. They had but one child, a boy, 10 months old. Funeral services were conducted on Saturday and the body laid to rest in the cemetery near the Jones home.
