Ada Boyer, age 80, of 6427 Harrison Ave., Hammond, passed away Thursday morning September 11 at the Lake County Convalescent Home. Survivors: two daughters, Mrs. Murial Davisson of Hammond, Mrs. Kathleen [Clifford] Lauerman of Hammond; two sons, Orban [Bud] Boyer of Chicago, Gerald [Jerry E.] Boyer of Dyer; 18 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Boyer was a resident of Hammond for the past 53 years and she was a member of the South Side Christian Church.
Burial at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, Schererville, Indiana.

Ada Belle [Brown] Boyer was the daughter of Samuel A. Brown and Margaret Catherine Bennett, who resided in Bonaparte. Her mother, Margaret, was a former resident of Davis County before her marriage to Samuel.
Ada Belle was wed to Elery O. Boyer in 1908 in Van Buren County. He passed away just 6 months before Ada.
