STOCKPORT--Mrs Ada Anna Workman, 94, died Tuesday Jan. 20, 1976, at the Nelson Nuring Home in Fairfield. She had been in failing health the past several months.

Funeral services will be on Saturday, Jan. 24, 1976, at 1 p.m., at the Stockport United Methodist Church with the Rev. David Kennedy officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Fairfield, Iowa.

The family will receive friends at the Weston Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield on Friday from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m.

Mrs. Workman was born Sept. 12, 1881 at Stockport Iowa, the daughter of John D. and Mary Webber Newman. She was married to Eugene Girard Workman who died Oct. 11, 1942.

She lived all of her life in the Stockport Community and was a member of the Stockport United Methodist Church.

She is survived by one son, Lester E. Workman of Stockport; three grandchildren; Nancy Heisel, Shirley Atwood and Chuck Workman and one brother, Russell Newman of Keosauqua. She was preceded in death by one son, Lloyd W. Workman, three brothers and one sister.
