Harold Mark Tully, son of Albert E. and Mayme E. Tully, was born in Harrisburg township, Van Buren county, Iowa, June 6, 1900 and died at his home in Bonaparte, Iowa, on Friday afternoon January 11, 1917, aged seventeen years, seven months and five days.

He was an industrious young man with considerable skill as a mechanic. During the fall and winter he had been employed at a garage in Des Moines and doing plumbing work at Camp Dodge.

About a month ago he came home and was taken ill of measles. Pneumonia developed which caused his death.

Funeral services were private, there being other cases of measles in the home, and were held Sunday afternoon with burial in the Bonaparte cemetery.

Father and mother, one brother, Paul and three sisters, Margaret, Florence and Gertrude are left to mourn.
