Wednesday, May 7, 1919, Miss Ethel Ewing, aged 26, died at the home of her mother, Mrs. Jasper Trimble, of Bonaparte, following a very painful two-year sickness. She suffered intensely during the last several months preceding her death. All her life had been passed in the Bonaparte locality where she was held in high esteem by her many acquaintances.
The funeral was from the Baptist church, May 8, Rev. Copple in charge. Burial in the Bonaparte cemetery.
