Alma Sewall Huston

HUSTON, SEWALL, MOHLER

Alma Sewall was born in Van Buren county, May 28, 1856, and died at her home in Bonaparte on June 2, 1916, aged sixty years and four days.

She was united in marriage with Henry Huston April 17, 1889, who preceded her in death Nov. 7, 1897. To this union one son, Archie was born.

She also leaves to mourn their loss one sister, Mrs. Noah Mohler, residing near Bonaparte; one nephew, several distant relatives and many friends.

She has spent most of her life in Van Buren county and in this vicinity. On aacount of physical ailments she remained faithfully at home administering to the needs of her son and caring for her home duties as best she could.

While a girl she attended the Presbyterian church of this community which was also her mother's place of worship.

Funeral services were held at the late home on Sunday afternoon with Rev. Mason in charge assisted by Rev. Peterson. Interment in the Bonaparte cemetery.
