Gerald Ernest Randolph, 52, of near Bonaparte died Saturday, March 16, 1963 at 10 a.m., at Laughlin Hospital at Kirksville, Mo. He had been in failing health about one year.

The son of George and Claudia Moore Randolph, he was born March 7, 1911 near Bentonsport. A farmer, he lived all his life in Van Buren county.

His marriage to Harriett Wallentine took place June 1, 1940 at Farmington. She survives.
Mr. Randolph was a member of the Church of the Nazarene at Farmington and trustee of the church board.

Surviving besides his widow are one son, Stanley Randolph of Kankakee, Ill.; two daughters, Miss Janet Randolph of Kankakee and Donna at home; one brother, George Paul Randolph of Wilton Junction; and one sister, Mrs. Edith Van Voorhiss of Ames.

Double funeral services for George V. Randolph, 85, and his son, Gerald Ernest Randolph, 52, were held Tuesday, March 19 at 2:30 p.m., at the Church of the Nazarene in Farmington.

The Rev. Walter Smith and the Rev. Robert Swanson officiated. Burial was in Bonaparte Cemetery. Miller's Home for funerals in Farmington was in charge.
