Edward Charles Fisher,74, died Tuesday at the Ottumwa hospital after an illness of a year. The son of Charles and Phoebe Fisher, he was born Sept. 2,1873 in Clark Co., Mo. He was married Sept. 22,1909 to Sylvia Badgley, who survives. He also leaves two sons, Lawerence at home and Charles of Batchtown,Il; two brothers John and Clarence, both of Milton and a sister Mrs. H.C. Moore also of Milton. He was preceded in death by two sisters, Mrs. Carrie Townsend and Mrs. Mary Black and a brother, Henry. he spent his entire married life on the home farm north of Milton. Services were held Thursday at the Fisher home. Burial will be in Lebanon cemetery.
