Leda E. Cass,76, of Bonaparte died Sunday January 14,1996 at Mapleleaf Care Center, Mt. Pleasant. She was born March 18,1919, at Bonaparte to Roy and Bertha E Gibbs Parker. She married Harry Cass July 8,1937 at Ft, Madison. He died February 21,1988. Mrs, Cass spent her entire life in or near Bonaparte. Survivors include; one brother, Roy Parker of Jacksonville,Fl; and three sisters Esther Spory of Kahoka,Mo, and Louise Cocherell and Edna Miller, both of Bonaparte. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, three brothers and one sister. Funeral services were held wednesday, January 17, at the Hofbauer Funeral Home, Farmington, Burial was in the Bonaparte Cemetery.
