Harry L.Cass,74,Bonaparte, died Sunday Feb.21,1988 at the University Hospitals, Iowa City. He was born March 11,1913 in rural Bonaparte and had been a resident for 50 years.He retired from Valley Limestone and Gravel of Farmington with 32 years of service. On July 8,1937 ,at Ft. Madison he married Leda Parker, who survives. Also surviving are two brothers, Warren Cass of Bonaparte and Vern Cass of Birmingham and two sisters Lucille Weller and Dorothy Snodgrass ,both of Keosauqua. He was preceded in death by two sisters and his parents Carl and Blanche Alexander Cass. Services were held at Hofbauer Funeral Home in Farmington on Wednesday February 24,1988. Burial was in the Bonaparte Cemetery.
