Mrs. Rachael Casady

Last Friday, March 19, 1915, Mrs. Rachael Casady died at the home of her son J. H. Casady in Cantril. Her husband, John Casady, to whom she was married in 1840, died in 1873 and at her death her age was just one day over 94 years. Everybody liked aunt Rachael. She was a member of the Christian church and the funeral services were held last Sunday in charge of her pastor Eld. Pettit. Four children survive, J. H. and D. E. Casady of Cantril and Volney Casady of Davis county and Mrs. Ettie Parnell of Centerville Iowa. See Book F
