Charlie Luke Buried Here

Chas. S. Luke died at his home in Galesburg, Ill., on Wednesday of last week after an illness of about four month. The body was brought here for burial in the Purdom cemetery, after funeral services Friday afternoon by Rev. Chas. E. Perkins at the Congregational church. The deceased was born in Keosauqua and all his life was spent here until four years ago when he located at Galesburg. There he was married last March. He leaves a widow, two sisters, and two brothers.
