49 YEAR OLD MILTON WOMAN SUCCUMBS FOLLOWING LONG ILLNESS

Mrs. Chloe Hale Conlee, wife of Charles Conlee, of Milton, died at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday at her home here after a long illness. She was 49 years old.
She was born in Milton, the daughter of C.W. and May Hale, and had lived practically her entire life in this community.
Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Madge Strausbaugh of LaHarpe Illinois, Mrs. Louise Ritz, of near Troy, and Helen at home; one son Hale at home, and three sisters Mrs. Al Harman and Mrs. Bert Chaplin of near Cantril and Mrs. Olin Smith of Minong Wisconsin. One sister Grace and a brother Paul preceded her in death.
(This was a pasted clipping with no year date. The cemetery record says 1937 but no day or month for either birth or death.) I am not a relative and am posting this obituary for those who might find this person in their family history.
