Robert Moore Dickson - Born March 13, 1826 in York Co., PA and died March 21, 1914, age 88 years, 8 days. Moved with parents at age 4 years to Muskingum Co., OH where he grew to manhood. Went west to Winchester, IL where he remained one year, then to Vernon. Married Malinda J. Hanback on April 4, 1852. Four sons, 3 daughters. Wife and 3 eldest sons preceded him in death. Four children remaining: Mrs. Mary Moore of Pierce City, MO; C. T. Dickson of Henry Twp; Mrs. Anna Folker of Mt. Sterling and Mrs. Blanche Fulton of Richmond, VA. F-Bonaparte Cemetery, Bonaparte.
