Henry M. Grimsley - Son of John and Ruth Grimsley, born Zanesville, OH on October 4, 1844 and died in Bonaparte April 5, 1914 age 69 years, 6 months, 1 day. Came to IA in 1844. Married Miss Sophronia Edomondson in 1889 and is survived by her and 1 son, Dale, of Guthrie, OK, also 1 grandchild. Other members of the family have passed away. Veteran, served over 2 years Co. E., 8th LA Cavalry. F-Bonaparte Cemetery, Bonaparte.
