Joseph A. Keck - Died February 6, 1913 in Seattle, WA. Three or 4 years ago moved to Seattle where 2 married daughters lived. His daughter, Mrs. Mary Daugherty, who died last summer is buried in Seattle also. Born in Westmoreland Co., PA in 1827, making his age 86 years. In 1846 to Van Buren Co. with parents to Utica. To CA Gold Rush. In 1853 married Miss Ingaba Ebert who survives. Twelve children, all living except Mary and Wm. who died at 2 years. Living children: Hugh G.; Catharine B. Ely; Rose E. Easter; George O. (C.?); Lida Jack; John H.; James E.; Allie J. Thorniley; Charles R.; and Robert R. All born Cedar Co. Twp. In 1899 elected to Legislature.
