Mrs. Mary Jane Fox Jack - Born October 3, 1826 near McConnelsville, Morgan Co., OH. Died at Bentonsport on June 29, 1908, 82 years old. She was one of a family of 3 children. A sister, Maria Hill, of OH survives. Married William Jack on December 25, 1854. Three sons born: Wm. Franklin; Prentice Burdette and George Washington. The second son only surviving. Came to IA 25 years ago to Oakland.
