Mrs. Geo. Humphrey [sic]

Mrs. Geo. Umphrey died suddenly at the home in this city last Friday afternoon of heart trouble, and the end came as a great and sad surprise to the many friends of the lady in this city and the county. While she had been subject to heart attacks, on the day in question she had been as well as usual, and was in the yard a short time previous to the end, which came without warning.

The funeral services were held at 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon, from the home in this city, and the remains were laid to rest in the Purdom cemetery Rev. C.E. Perkins officiating.

She leaves to mourn, the husband, one son, father, Al Cochrell; two brothers, Chas. and Frank Cochrell; and three sisters, Mrs. Arthur Umphrey, of Bonaparte and Mrs. Jas Beck and Mrs. Jesse Parker of this city.
