Mrs. Hattie Burchett, 75, died early Wednesday morning at her home in Drakesville. Her death followed an illness of five months.
Services will be conducted at the Drakesville Methodist Church Saturday at 10:00 a.m. by Rev. Phillip Hoffman. Burial will be in the I.O.O.F. cemetery. The body is at the Curl Funeral Home.
Mrs. Burchett was born July 7, 1879, at Milton Iowa, the daughter of John and Flora Langenstein. She and her husband farmed west of Drakesville for 17 years and established their home in that community in 1951.
She is survived by her husband Carl; two sisters, Mrs. Gussie Rose and Nellie Langenstein both of Loveland Colorado.
