MRS. JOHN CARRUTHERS

Mary Isabel Warrington was born near Baltimore, Ind., June 16, 1841, and died at Pittsburg, Iowa, Feb. 4, 1909, aged 67 years, 7 months and 18 days. When eleven years of age she moved with her parents to Pittsburg where she lived ever afterwards. May 22, 1862, she was married to John Carruthers. To this union were born eleven children, seven of whom with her husband remain to morn [sic] her death. Mrs. Carruthers was a member of the Methodist church. She was a good neighbor and a kind and loving mother. Services were conducted at Pittsburg church, Friday Feb. 5, by the Rev. J. H. Krenmyre. She was laid to rest in the Pittsburg cemetery.
