MRS. LETHA BEAUCHLER

Friends in Keosauqua and Mt. Sterling and vicinity have been notified of the death of Mrs. Letha Beuchler, wife of Dr. C. Beuchler, which occurred at the home in Trail, Oregon on Monday, August 29th. Funeral services were held on Sept. 1 at [can't read]. Her death came after a lingering illness.

She is survived by her husband; one brother Chas. Payne, who is in the aviation department of the regular army [located?] at San Diego, Calif., also by two nieces, daughters of Mr. and Mrs. Payne.

The deceased spent her girlhood on a farm near Keosauqua. Her father's name was Lewis Payne. For several years, they made their home on the farm now owned by Mr. and Mrs. [L.] I. Pett[can't read] southeast of Keosauqua.

After her marriage to Dr. Buechler, they lived for [a time?] at Mt. Sterling, then moving to Denver, Colo. and afterward to Oregon.
