Michael Cassiday, a well-known, aged resident of this locality, died at his home east of Bonaparte last Friday. Death came very suddenly, apparently from heart trouble. Deceased was born in Ireland and was about 74 years of age. He leaves an aged wife and three sons. The funeral occurred from his late home Sunday afternoon, March 5, 1899, and the remains were laid to rest in the Bonaparte cemetery.
