OBITUARY

The subject of this short sketch Mrs. Lena Hoskick Parks was born in Cantril, Iowa, December 11th, 1873.

Here she lived and grew to young womanhood. She and John Parks were united in marriage October, 5th., 1892. To this union were born three sons, all of whom died in infancy.

She united with the Christian Church of Cantril, Iowa, and was baptized into Christ by Elder H. O. King in the year 1890, and lived a consistent Christian life thereafter.

Almost her entire life was lived in the little city of Cantril. She was loyal to the church and was highly respected as a neighbor and friend.
