Quiet Wedding.
While Chauncey G. Sleeper of Ashtabula, Ohio, was returning home from military service in the Philippines a year or so ago, he stopped off in Denver, Colo. and while there met Miss Nellie Rapelyea and their acquaintance passed through the various stages leading up to their marriage.
Miss Rapelpea left her Denver home Dec. 24 and arrive at DeForist, Ohio, Dec. 26 and was married to the man of her choice at the home of the groom's brother, Irwin Sleeper at DeForist.
The ceremony took place at 8 p.m., Rev. D.D. Burt of Miles using the ring ceremony in the nupital vows.
Following the ceremony a fine wedding supper was served and many beautiful presents received.
Mr. and Mrs. Sleeper will reside at Warren, Ohio where Mr. Sleeper is employed as a machinist.
Mr. Sleeper is an exemplary young man, honest and respected by all who know him.
Miss Rapelyea will be remembered by her Bonaparte friends as she is known today -- loved by all who know her.
