To the County Court of Van Buren County, Iowa;

Your petitioner Sarah Ford, Guardian of John T Barker & Eunice Barker minor heirs of Isaac Barker, deceased,
shows to this court that her said word owes an interest in the following described Real Estate belonging to x as heirs at
law of the said Isaac Barker dec'd to wit an undivided half subject to the widows dower x of the following described
real estate to wit the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section No 8 & 50 acres in the NW 1/4 of Section No 9, described as follows
to wit beginning at the SW corner of the NW 1/4 of said section No 9 thence East 80 rods, thence West 80 rods, thence
North 100 rods thence West 80 Rods to section line thence South 100 rods to the place of beginning. All of said real estate lying in township No 69 North of Range No 9 West in Van Buren County, Iowa.
