You are hereby appointed appraisers to appraise the interest of John T Barker and Eunice Barker minor heirs of Isaac Barker died.
It being an undivided half subject to the widows dower therein the following described Real Estate to wit;
the North East 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section No8 and 50 acres in the NW 1/4 of Section No 9 described as follows to wit; beginning at the SW corner of the NW 1/4 of said section No 9 thence East 80 rods, thence North 100 rods, thence West 80 rods,
to section nine thence south of said section 9 (100) rods to place of beginnig all of said real estate, lying in township No 69 North of Range No 9, in Van Buren County.
