Betty Watson Injured

Miss Betty Watson of Hillsboro suffered a broken jaw and cuts on arm and hand, north of Bonaparte Friday evening, when the car in which she was riding collided with a coal truck. She was taken to the Jefferson county hospital and then to Iowa City for treatment. The truck had stopped at the side of the road while the driver, James Randolph, was repairing the lights.
