Elliott-Roberts.

Mr. Ralph A. Elliott and Miss Jesse B. Roberts were married at Des Moines at eight o'clock P. M. of New Years day, 1907, Rev. Chas. Medbury of the University Place Christian church officiating.

The parents of the bride, Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Roberts, are spending the winter in South Dakota and for this reason the wedding was held at the home of the parents of the bridegroom, Mr. and Mrs. Harry Elliott of West Grand Ave., Des Moines. At least two hundred friends and relatives were present.

Mrs. Elliott spent her early girlhood on a farm near Keosauqua and was educated in the schools of that town. Her very near relationship to the writer prevents any public expression of her admirable qualities.

Mr. Elliot is associated with his father in the State Insurance Company. He has almost completed a pretty residence on High Street where they expect to be at home to friends after February 15.
