Heirs of D.W.Crawofrd to Ida Hemmings.
Quit-Claim-Deed.

For the Consideration of Three Hundred and Fifty Dolalrs, we the widow and heirs of D.W. Crawford deceased of Lee County Iowa do hereby sell and Quit-claim to Ida Hemmings all our right title and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in Lee County, Iowa, viz. being Twenty acres of the south side of the south End of the west one-half of the south east One fourth of Section Fourteen. Twp. Sixty Eight, North range eight west located in Van Buren Co. Iowa. Given under our hands this 16th day of Oct. 1902.
