Warranty DeedFor the consideration of Three Hundred and Fifty Dollars we the Widow and heirs of D.W.Crawford as named below of Lee county and State of Iowa do hereby sell and convey unto Henry Crawford and Florence L.Ziglar of __________ County and State of Iowa and to their heirs and assigns, the following described premises, situated in the county of Van Buren and State of Iowa to-wit:- The north one half of the south west one fourth of the south east one fourth of Section Eleven (11) Township Sixty Eight North Range eight West Containing twenty acres more or less and located in Van Buren Co. Iowa.

Samuel Nau.
Olive Ranson.
F.W.Ranson
Mary C.Crawford.
Martha her X mark Crawford Widdow,
David Crawford.

Ida Hemmings and W.C.Hemmings her husband, Olive Ranson and F.W.Ranson her husband, and Samuel Nau, husband of Julia Nau to me personally known to be the identical persons who signed the foregoing instrument as Grantors, and acknowledged the execution of the same to be their voluntary act and deed.
