Warranty Deed

This Indenture, Made this 11th day of April A D 1892. between David Crawford + Mary C Crawford Henry Crawford + Allie Crawford, Albert Ziglar + Florence Ziglar Samuel Nau + Julia Nau heirs of Sarah Crawford of _______ County in the State of ______ of the first part and Ferdinand Haberman of Van Buren County in the State of Iowa. of the second part:

Witnesseth: That said parties of the first part. in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred Dollars the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged. do by these presents Grant Bargain Sell and convey unto said party of the second part their heirs and assigns. all the following described Real Estate. situated in the County of Van Buren and State of Iowa. Towit:

The West (1/2) half of the North East (1/4) quarter of the South West (1/4) quarter of Section Number three (3) in Township (68) Sixty Eight Range (8) Eight West. Containing (20) Twenty acres more or less. To have and to Hold the same. Together with all and singular the tenements herediments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining. forever. And said David Crawford + Mary ? Crawford Henry Crawford + Allie Crawford Albert Ziglar + Florence Ziglar Samuel Nau + Julia Nau. for themselves their heirs, Executors as administrators do hereby covenant promise and agree to and with said party of the second part: that at the delivery of these presents --- lawfully seized in their own right, of an indefeasible estate of Inheratance [sic] in fee simple of and in all and singular the above granted and described premises, with the appurtenances: that the same are free, clear discharged and unencumbered of and from all former and other grants, titles, charges, estates judgements. taxes assessments and incumbrance of what nature or kind ????? and that they will Warrant and for-ever Defend the same unto said party of the second part his heirs and assigns. against said parties of the first part their heirs and all and every person or persons whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same.

In Witness Whereof. The said parties of the first part have hereunto set their hands this day and year first above written.

David Crawford ---- AM Ziglar
Mary C Crawford ---- Florence Ziglar
Henry Crawford ---- Samuel Nau
Alie Crawford ---- Julia Nau

State of Kansas, Mitchell County, SS.
Be it Remembered. that on this 11th day of April A D 1892 before me the undersigned a Notary Public in and for the County and state aforesaid. came David Crawford + Mary C Crawford. Husband + Wife who are personally known to me to be the same persons who executed the within instrument of writing and such persons did duly acknowledge the execution of the same. In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my Official seal, the day and year last above written

State of Kansas, Harper County, SS:
Be it Remembered. That on the 16th day of April AD 1892. before me. the undersigned. a Notary Public in and for the County and State aforesaid. came Henry Crawford + Allie Crawford husband and wife who are personally Known to be to be the same persons who executed the within instrument of Writing. and such persons duly acknowledged the execution of the same. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my Notorial Seal the day and year last above written

State of Iowa, Des Moines County, SS:
Before Me the undersigned Will H Stutsman a Notary Public in and for said County and State on this 26th day on April AD 1892. came A. M. Ziglar and Florence Ziglar his wife who are personally Known to me to be the identical persons whose names are affixed to the forgoing deed and grantors and they acknowledged the same to be their voluntary act and deal.

In Witness Whereof. I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my Notorial seal on the day and year last above written

Before Me the undersigned T. J. Sater a Justice of the Peace in and for said County and State on this fourth (4) day of May AD. 1892. came Julia Nau and Samuel Nau husband and wife who are personally known to me to be the identical persons whose names are affixed to the foregoing Deed as Grantors and they acknowledged the same to be their voluntary act and deed.

In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set My hand the day and year above written.
T J Sater Justice of the Peace

State of Iowa, Des Moines County, SS:
I W.D. Inghram Clerk of he District Court a Court of Record in and for the County and State aforesaid do hereby certify that T J Sater whose name is subscribed to the certificate or proof of acknowledgement of the instrument ????? was at the time of signing said certificate a ???? such proof of acknowledgement. and now is as acting Justice of the Peace within and for said County duly _______ and qualified as such and duly authorized by law to take the same: That all his official acts are entitled to full faith and credit. That the annexed instrument is executed and acknowledged according to the laws of said State: That I am well acquainted with the signature of said F J Sater and believe the one subscribed to said annesed instrument and purporting to be his to be genuine. In Testimony whereof. I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed the official seal of said Court at my office in Burlington this 7th day of May AD 1892.
