This Deed Made. this Seventeenth (17) day of May A.D. 1892. Witnesseth that for the Consideration of Two hundred (200) Dollars. We Margaret B. A. Crawford and William D. Crawford husband and wife of Des Moines County State of Iowa. hereby sell and convey unto Ferdinand H. Haberman of Van Buren County State of Iowa all the following described real estate situated in Van Buren County State of Iowa To-wit:

The North half (1/2) of the North West quarter (1/4) of the South West quarter of Section No. three (3) Township Sixty Eight (68) Range Eight (8) West containing twenty (20) acres more or less. And we hereby Warrant the title to said premises against all presons whomsoever

Wm D. Crawford.

State of Iowa, Des Moines County, SS:

Be it remembered that on this 17. day of May AD 1892. before me a Justice of the Peace in and for said county and State. personally appeared Margaret B A Crawford and William D Crawford who are personally Known to me to be the identical persons whose names are affixed to the foregoing Deed as Grantors and they acknowledged the same to be their voluntary act and deed.
