Wiley Barton + wife To D. W. Crawford

Know all men by these presents. that we Wiley Barton + Martha J. Barton his wife of Lee County. State of Iowa. in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred and fifteen dollars. to us in hand paid by D. W. Crawford of Lee County State of Iowa. the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge. have bargained. sold and quit claimed. and by these presents do bargain. sell and quit claim unto the said D. W. Crawford. and to his heirs and assigns forever. all our rights title. interest. estate claim and demand. both at law and in equity. and as well in possession as in expectancy. of. in and to the following described premises, to-wit: The North half of the South West quarter of the South East quarter of Section Eleven. in Township Sixty Eight. Range Eight containing twenty acres more or less. + lying and being in Van Buren County Iowa. With all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging. Signed this 18th day of February AD 1881.
