D. W. Crawford + wife To Wiley Barton

Know all men by these presents. that we D. W. Crawford and Martha Crawford. Husband + wife. of each other. of Lee County State of Iowa in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred and sixty five dollars. to us in hand paid by Wiley Barton of Lee County State of Iowa the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge. have bargained. sold and quit claimed. and by these presents do bargain. sell and quit claim unto the said Wiley Barton and to his heirs and assigns forever. all our right. title. interest. estate claim and demand. both at law and in equity. and as well in possession as in expectancy. of. in and to the following described premises. to-wit:

The South half (1/2) of the South West quarter (1/4) of the South East quarter (1/4) of Section Eleven (11) in Township Sixty Eight (68) North of Range Eight (8) West. containing Twenty (20) acres more or less. + lying + being in Van Buren County Iowa. With all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging.
