[Signed] Alex D***** Notary Public[Samuel V. Catcott was my ggg grandfather. The widow was Mary Nedrow Catcott. Samuel's first wife, and my ggg grandmother, was Elizabeth Donaldson 1819-1868. I would like to find more about Ann Catcott Kerr who married John Kerr. This is the first I heard of an insane asylum in the family!]
