WED IN GLENDALE, CALIF.

Mrs. Ella Forbes of Birmingham, Iowa and John S. Bales of Covina, California, were married at six o’clock Tuesday afternoon, Sept. 23, 1924, at the home of Rev. C. R. Norton, 801 East Wilson avenue. Rev. Norton was most happy as the officiant, for both Mrs. Forbes and Mr. Bales are from the part of Iowa, where Mrs. Newton lived as a girl and where she is now visiting. The marriage marked reflected romance of years ago. Mr. and Mrs. Bales will reside at Covina, Calif.
