In consideration of $1900, we, George G. Wright and Mary H. Wright, his wife, and Augustus Hall and Jane B. Hall, his wife, hereby release, quit claim unto John Detwiler, his heirs and assigns all our rights, title, estate and interest separately or jointly in and to the following parcels of real estate lying and being in the county of Van Buren, State of Iowa, to wit the northwest quarter of section 33, township 69, range 8 west, also 40 rods wide running east and west as to include 20 acres of the north end of the west half of the south east quarter of section 32 same township and range as above, also a strip off the west side of the north east quarter of section 33 same township and range as above running north and south as to include 20 acres. Given under our hands 30 April 1855.
