Know all men by these presents:
That we Catharine Detwiler and husband Henry Detwiler of the County of Polk and State of Iowa for the considerationof one dollar hereby quit-claim to the heirs of George W. and Lucy A. Miller deceased of the County of Van Buren and State of Iowa the following described real estate situated in the County of Van Buren and State of Iowa, to-wit:

The north west quarter of the north east quarter of the north west quarter of section 26 township 69 range 8.

This deed is made for the purpose of correcting an error in a deed made by us October 12th 1874 and recorded in Book 11 page 220 Van Buren County records where in there is an error in not stating that said Henry Detwiler was the husband of said Catharine Detwiler and in not acknowledging the instrument. As appears from the records.

In witness whereof we have set our hand this 8th day of September 1905.
