Ella J. Prindle, et al to Ralph L. Muir

In consideration of one dollar and other valuable consideration dollars Ella J. Prindle, and her husband Anson L. Prindle, William Detwiler, single, Lucy Detwiler, single, Jennie B. Doud, husband, E. E. Doud, Rex McComb and wife, Amanda McComb and Geo. B. McComb and wife Lena McComb of various county, state of various hereby sell and convey unto Ralph L. Muir of the County of Van Buren and State of Iowa the following described premises, in the County of Van Buren, State of Iowa, to-wit:

Thirty-one hundredths acres, being 82 by 68 ft. in the south-west corner of the south-west quarter of section 36, township 69 range 11.

And we do hereby covenant for ourselves, our heirs and personal representatives, with the said Ralph L. Muir heirs and assigns, that we are lawfully seized of the said premises, that the same are free from incumbrance, and that we are the heirs and the only heirs of Mary N. McComb deceased that we will make such other and further assurance of said premises as shall be lawfully and reasonably advised, devised or required, and that we will forever warrant and defend the same against the lawful claims and demands of all persons
