Looking for John W. Pugh

I am looking for JOHN W. PUGH that was born in W.VA (may have been VA and his parents were born VA) Here is a little history on him and his family.

John W. Pugh was Born June 1847, in Virginia

According to individual records I received he was married twice.
1) Margaret Perkins married abt. 1868 (died less than a year after marriage)

2) Florence Cherry (Married 1868)

Here is a list of children...there were 12 total children and only 8 survived based on the 1900 census Linn Twship, Warren County, Iowa

In the 1920 census I find a JOHN W. PUGH age 73 b. WV parents born WV
living in the soldiers home in Linn Twp., Marshall Co., Iowa. Serie T625
- Roll 502 Pat 1 Pg 90b

I do not know when he died or who his parents or siblings were. Any information is greatly appreciated.
John Pugh found in 1860 Warren County Iowa Census, 12 years old at the time, no others listed.

Also found him listed as J.W. Pugh in 1879 greenfield township listed as living in spring hill, Warren Co, Iowa
