I have a William F. Ruff who was living in Delaware County, New York in 1917 and that is where he is buried. A book published there says that William died in Morris Hall, IA. As I am unable to find a town/city by that name, could it be the name of a building? Or, is it a village somewhere? Thank you for any help.
