Trying to locate marriage

Looking for marriage of Eldridge Howard THOMPSON (aka Howard, Ed, Tommy) son of George W. and Esther THOMPSON to Lena STEFAN (aka Karolina, Caroline Marie). Eldridge and his parents are listed on the 1880 census as living in Indianola in Warren County. Sometime before 1889 they moved to Omaha, Nebraska. Do not know where he met and married Lena. Have not found marriage in Warren County or by searching Ancestry.com Iowa records and nothing in Omaha. Marriage would have taken place sometime between 1885 and early 1890. Any ideas appreciated.
