Florence, Iowa???

Can someone help me out? I have this information that states that DA and SF were married at Florence, Iowa, but I cannot find Florence as a city or county in Iowa. If anyone knows of this town, maybe it was a town that existed in 1870, but no longer exists? Please email me at fromk8n@yahoo.com. Thanks!
