Information on cousin

William W. Knisley, born July 24, 1917 in Sioux City, Iowa. Was in the US Army Air Corps and died off the coast of Peru September 1947. Married my cousin Margaret Motchok born North Tonawanda, New York in La Paz, Boliva in May of 1947. Looking for family information on William to add to our family tree. Both are deceased. I can not find him and/or his family on any of the census. DO not know his parents names.
