Shiloh Circle

I am searching for information about the Shiloh Circle, or Circle of Shiloh. I think it was a national organization that sprung up around the end of the Civil war. It appears to be a women's support group. Located in various cities in IA & Neb I have found so far. I am particularly interested in Post #37, Dubuque IA.

The Circle had a commander, offiecers, aides, army nurse, color bearers, orchestra leader, band, etc. It appears that they had state encampments also. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.
