Looking for descendants of James B. Thomas, Jr. the eldest son of James B. Thomas, Sr. and Irena Clark. They survived the Spirit Lake Massacre and, after that event, moved to Nevada in Story Co. and then to Albion in Marshall Co. The father and mother are buried in Albion cemetery.James Jr. was born in IL after 1841. Is he the same James B. Thomas who married Laura A. Donaldson in Appanoose Co.on 4 Sep 1870? James Jr. had a brother named Albert Arthur from whom I am descended. Albert married Harriet Adams Hixson in Marshalltown in 1869.
